After recently confirming that the iQOO 15 Ultra will debut next month, the company has now revealed its exact launch date in China. Meanwhile, a well-known tipster has leaked the handset’s key specifications.
The iQOO 15 Ultra will be unveiled in China on February 4 alongside the TWS Air3.

iQOO hasn’t confirmed a lot of details about the upcoming 15 Ultra, but it will pack an active-cooling fan and a unique design. The phone will feature shoulder triggers with a 600Hz sampling rate and separate control chips. It will be available in two color options.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the 15 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, paired with up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It will reportedly come with a 6.85-inch LTPO flat display with 2K resolution. The phone is said to get a triple 50MP rear camera setup and a 32MP front sensor. It will pack a 7,400mAh battery with 100W charging support and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
